Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data ALUMIDE® collects through this website, why, for how long, and what rights you have. We keep it deliberately short because the website only has one way to send us data: the contact form.
1. Who is responsible
ALUMIDE® is a brand of Frame-Dynamics, Lda, the company responsible for the processing of your personal data (data controller).
Frame-Dynamics, LdaNIF (VAT no.): 516589806
Avenida Fernão Magalhães, 1147
4350-169 Porto, Portugal
info@alumide.com
2. What we collect
| Contact form | Name, email address and message (required); company and phone number (optional). Only what you type is collected. |
|---|---|
| Anti-spam | A short-lived, hashed (non-readable) version of your IP address, kept temporarily (about one hour) to limit abusive submissions. It is not linked to your message. |
| Server logs | Our hosting provider (Amen.pt) records standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) for security and operation of the service. |
Please do not include sensitive information (for example health data) in your message.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry (quotes, technical questions, catalogue requests): steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
- To keep the website secure and free from spam: our legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
We do not use your details for marketing, profiling or automated decisions, and we do not sell them.
4. Who receives it
This website and our email service are hosted by Amen.pt, which delivers your message to our mailbox. Amen.pt acts on our behalf as a processor and may only process the data on our instructions. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on your project. If an order or contract follows, we keep the data needed for the periods required by tax and commercial law. After that it is deleted.
6. Cookies and third parties
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load fonts, scripts or images from third parties: everything is served from our own server. For that reason there is no cookie banner. If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
The “View location” link in the contact panel opens Google Maps in a new tab. That is a separate website with its own privacy policy, and it only receives data if you click the link.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@alumide.com and we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD): www.cnpd.pt.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, the contact form is validated and protected against abuse, and access to the mailbox that receives your message is restricted.
9. Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
